OUR MISSION
To empower individuals to use music to connect with themselves, others, & the world around them in moving towards wellness.
Soul Search Records’ clinical music therapy program offers life-fulfilling and enriching experiences drawn from evidence-based practice. Our clinical program provides clients with opportunities that afford them the ability to transform their lives through the creative process of performing, listening to, discussing, and composing music within the context of the therapeutic relationship. Clients do not need to be musicians in order to take part in music therapy; anyone can access music in their own way and find their own voice.
Through the creative process, clients are able to gain important insights into their well-being, work through trauma, develop healthy coping skills, improve social skills, and more! |
Clients will work with a Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) who will assess the core needs of each client and engage them with meaningful experiences that empower them to achieve their goals within and beyond music. Our MT-BCs draw upon clinical, evidence-based research to guide each music therapy experience.
Our MT-BCs have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Music Therapy from an accredited institution, have completed a minimum of 1,200 hours of supervised clinical training, and have passed the CBMT board certification exam. |
